Storage answers, before you rent
How long can I store my things?
Choose short- or long-term tenancy. You can keep your belongings, boat, RV, or business inventory with us for as long as you need, subject to your rental agreement.
Can I access my unit at any time?
Storage customers receive 24-hour unit access. Contact the office if you need help with your access credentials.
Are packing materials available on-site?
No. Please pack your items before arrival. Use sturdy containers, keep heavy boxes low, label everything, and place frequently used items near the front.
What items are prohibited?
Do not store food, firearms, living or deceased organisms, illegal items, construction or lawn debris, or flammable, corrosive, toxic, or otherwise hazardous chemicals.
Can I store household and business items?
Yes. Our larger units can hold the contents of a four- to five-bedroom home, and businesses can use a unit for inventory, files, or construction materials allowed by the rental agreement.
Do you provide insurance?
Forest Creek Mini Storage does not provide insurance. Ask your insurance provider whether your belongings or vehicle are covered while in storage.
