We offer both short and long-term tenancy options. It doesn’t matter if you’re looking to store a boat in the offseason or you need permanent storage for prized possessions once in your attic – you can keep your belongings in your Round Rock, TX storage center for as long as you need.

Pack your items, particularly heavy items, in containers that won’t wear over time. Cardboard boxes can wear with time, and items can break through the bottom. Heavy items should be packed on the floor of the units, not stacked high. For items that you will use often, pack those in the front so they are easily accessible. Do NOT store any prohibited items in your storage unit.

1. Label what is inside your boxes.
2. Pack heavier items in smaller containers so they don’t get to heavy to lift.
3. Fill boxes to their capacity to prevent boxes from crumbling when stacking.
4. We recommend plastic tubs on the floor of the storage facility to prevent dust, dirt, potential water damage, or rodents.

1. Items that are NOT allowed to be stored: Edibles, Firearms, Living or Dead Organisms, Flammable- Corrosive- Toxic and/or Hazardous Chemicals, Lawn or Construction Debris, and Illegal Items.
